Handmade Raku Ceramic Planter

This handmade ceramic planter is an authentic piece of Raku pottery, bringing raw, elemental beauty to your space. Handcrafted in Cyprus, this piece undergoes a specialized Raku firing process where it is pulled red-hot from the kiln. Combustible materials are applied directly to the glowing unglazed surface, instantly carbonizing to leave behind striking, spontaneous black markings. Because of this dramatic firing technique, the intricate patterns on this pot are completely unrepeatable and one-of-a-kind.

Designed for both art lovers and plant enthusiasts, the pot includes a small drainage hole at the base, making it a perfectly breathable home for succulents, cacti, or air plants. Beyond housing plants, its versatile size makes it a striking decorative vessel for your desk or studio—ideal for holding pens, paintbrushes, or styling your space. Rooted in slow, mindful craftsmanship, this planter is a true celebration of the wabi-sabi aesthetic.
